I;ve had this apparatus for about 5 years now. It is about never acclimated to assignment holes. Myself and adolescent architect friends accept relegated this apparatus alone for use in High-Torque applications like bond drywall mud grout attic leveler thinset mortar even baby batches of concrete. I've never had abundance act up and none of my buddies accept anytime apparent one bake out. If you're searching for something to run self-feed (forstner) $.25 through studs & top plates this isn't the apparatus to use. Wth a bit installed it will not fit in amid 16" OC stud/joist spaces. A Milwaukee Hole-Hawg or Super Hawg will be abundant added ill-fitted for that application. But if you've got a charge to mix cements grouts or muds though this the apparatus to use.
